Insurance Defense Litigation
| The
firm represents a number of major/national insurance carriers
on matters in all Federal and State courts in New York. That
representation includes defense on behalf of individuals and
corporations for premises liability and vehicular accidents,
including commercial vehicles and tractor trailers, as well
as manufacturers and distributors in products liability actions
and employers in civil rights and employment claims. Firm
members belong to the Defense Research Institute of Northeastern
New York, the Albany Claims Association, the New York State
Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. |
