Matthew J. Kelly Speaks at 33rd Annual Association of Ski Defense Attorneys Conference

On March 3, 2019, Jim Kelly spoke at the 33rd annual meeting of the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys (ASDA) in Lake Louise, Alberta. ASDA is an invitation-only organization for attorneys who represent ski areas throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Jim presented an appellate review of assumption of risk matters within New York State and did so in conjunction with two other members regarding assumption of risk issues arising in courts throughout the country.
